What am I thankful for? Well...a lot! This year we got to do Thanksgiving 2 1/2 times...Sunday with the Yeager's (at Craig and Elena's. Elena has got to be the most talented interior design woman I know! All of her stuff is so creative and crafty. She is an inspiration to me with how I hope to decorate our future home some day!) Thursday with the Owens, and Friday with Levi's dad and his wife Wendy. They invited us over for left overs for lunch. (So I'm calling it a 1/2 Thanksgiving :}) I am thankful for my awesome brother and sister in-laws on the Yeager side. We seriously have the best time together. Levi has 3 older brothers, and they are all best friends, and the fact that they have fun wives, makes it that much better! We celebrated Thanksgiving with the Yeager side on Sunday since we all had plans on actual Thanksgiving Day. Levi and I were in charge of the rolls, and might I add-they were off the hook! Well at least I think so, and for making them for the first time ever! I think they turned out delicious.

1st Round:
Yeager Thanksgiving & our 1st Thanksgiving as Mr. & Mrs. Yeager!!

My sister in-laws Jana and Elena are the sexiest ladies I have EVER seen!...
London and Nat...

Dog pile on Uncle Scott!!!!
(this may or may not have been my idea...just sayin...)...

I LOVE this man!!! Do you notice what I notice below??? If you don't, you will later this week!

I am Thankful for my parents and for their choice to serve the Lord for 18 months. They are going to get some serious blessings for going out and so will we as their children. I am so excited for them!!! I am also Thankful for their trust in Levi and I with leaving us to take care of their home while they are gone. We have had some good times with being able to share the home with them for the time being before the leave!

2nd Round:
Thanksgiving Day!!! Levi and I went to the gym first thing in the morning (we couldn't do the Turkey Trot because I am not supposed to be running that much, so he was a support and went to the gym instead!) By the time we got home, it was baking and cooking time baby!! We had Thanksgiving over at my parents place. Almost every one was able to make it. Levi and I were again in charge of the rolls, along with Christy and Chris. My mom and dad rented a big Bouncey play house for the kids...and grown ups! It was a HUGE spiderman one, and definetly kept all of the little ones occupied and the inside of the house quiet! After we feasted and let the food sit for a little while, my older sisters and mom organized a relay race. There were 3 different teams. Spouses of course were divided. And of course we still didn't have a digital camera so I got NO pictures of Thanksgiving day...I am hoping to borrow/steal some of my sisters pictures soon! litt

Team "The Others"
(not one of their players had the last name of "Owens")

Afterwards, everyone snacked on left overs (of course), played some settlers, oh and how could I forget all of the football that was on tv...all...day...long...!!!! After everyone left, Levi and I (along with my niece Mykee) watched our 1st Christmas movie together. What a better way to start off Christmas!? Then at midnight, yes you better believe it, we shopped Black Friday!!! We didn't get home until 10am, Levi napped, I got ready and then we were out the rest of the day!! Talk about lack of sleep...But the Tradition of Black Friday is sooo worth it!!!
It was a great day!! By far the best Thanksgiving we've had! I love my family and I love how close we all are. Yes, we can have our differences and not get along some times, but I love all of them and I am so blessed to have some awesome in-laws!!! And especially, I am so grateful for Levi and all that he does for me. He is so patient with me and I wouldn't change one thing about him! He is such an inspiration to me and I look up to him in so many ways! We are growing more as a couple every single day and I am so lucky to have him by my side!!!

.Life Without My Digital Camera.

Once upon a time...I use to carry my digital camera with me every where!! Ask anyone. Well my beloved dear friend found a new owner, or shall we say a new owner found my beloved friend :( Levi has a digital camera, but it's just not the same. Needless to say we haven't replaced mine yet, so either I am taking phone pictures, or we have Levi's digital because we know we're going to want some type of pictures OR we lug around our "We mean business" Nikon camera.
Our life has been so crazy busy this past month! Here is what we've been up to:
*Levi got his braces off!!!
*Levi had his 10yr reunion!! Woohoo! We got to stay in the hotel that night. Something about staying in a Hotel makes me really happy!
*Halloween came and went...and thanks to Mal we got a few pictures of our festivities.
*We started playing in a co-ed softball league on Friday nights.
*We MOVED!! Who would have thought how much CRAP you collect after being married for almost 8 months!? Sheesh...I don't know how we got it all to fit into my parents garage and into the back part of their house/aka our area for the next 18 months. It felt good getting out of an apartment. The cleaning part was probably the worst...wait no, the packing up boxes...or was it...going up and down 2 flights of stairs about 100 times...hmm...how about All Of The Above!
*Levi surprised me with floor seats to Season 5 "So You Think You Can Dance" tour!! I didn't find out till the afternoon of, I was so excited! His brother Craig and sister in-law Elena sat 22 rows behind us. They were a bit jealous. They should have come sit next to us the 2nd half of the show because apparently the couple sitting next to us with their 5yr old didn't want to come back!
*I have been cooking every week day night since we moved into my parents place. I am sure my mom is enjoying the break for once! I LOVE it and enjoy cooking. I really love looking through cookbooks or magazine's and trying out new things! I have even found a few good recipes through blogs. It's so great! I am making the Thanksgiving Dinner Rolls this year as well. I'm crossing my fingers they turn out good!
*I am looking forward to Thanksgiving more than ever this year. Something about being married and spending time with my husband and my family who I love dearly, warms my heart and the thought of it gets me twitterpated!
Ok enough about the Yeager Life Update, here's pictures of Halloween and SYTYCD! We didn't get any of our apartment or moving. I mean heck, who wants to take pictures of that when they're dreading every box they're packing!? That was my excuse anyways!
Love you all!!!!! Enjoy ;}
Corn Maze in Gilbert.
Next year...we WILL go to a haunted house!!!!

I had the idea of painting our pumpkins white this year!! I thought they were pretty cool!

I was planning on outlining them with black marker but...that never happened!

SYTYCD Season 5 baby!!

I had to put this next picture in. This is from last year when Levi and I had only been dating for about 2 months, maybe. This night was a complete 100% surprise!! We had floor seats again, but 2nd row. It was unreal!!!
(My hair is so long now!! Well...at least long for me!)

This is probably one of my favorite ones.

.:Greek Pita Pizza's:.

.....4 servings.....
...Start to Finish: 35 minutes...
You Will Need:

*8 ounces lean ground beef OR ground turkey
*1/4 cup finely chopped onion
*2 cloves garlic, minced
*1 8-ounce can tomato sauce
*1 teaspoon fresh rosemary OR 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed-I use this route
*2 6-inch whole wheat or white pita bread rounds
*1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (2 ounces)
* 1/2 cup shredded fresh spinach
*1 medium tomato, chopped.
*1/4 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese (1 ounce)

Preheat Oven to 400 degree's
In a medium skillet, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is browned. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce and rosemary. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 2 minutes.

Split Pita bread rounds in half horizontally. (This can be sorta tricky and frustrating-or at least it was for me-so I like to do this before I cook the meat) Place Pita halves-rough sides up-on a large baking sheet. Bake 3-4 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Top toasted Pita's with meat mixture, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake for 2-3 minutes more. (Or until cheese is melted) Remove from oven, top with Spinach, Tomato and Feta Cheese. Serve Immediately.

This is a very delicious meal and so easy to make! We had Hummus and Cucumbers for the side. Levi had been craving pizza, and this is the closest he's had to that in 6 weeks! Feel free to top your Greek Pizza with any other toppings such as Olives! Or if you want to go without the Cheese to make it a healthier meal, try Avocado, ya know, the good fat:} MmmMmm....
Levi started the "Biggest Loser" at work on October 1st and it goes until December 1st. Talk about 2 major Holiday's with all that yummy candy and delectable food he's missing out on!! (Sorry hun...) I couldn't be more proud of him tho! He really has dedicated himself 100% to this challenge and he is doing AMAZING!!! In 6 weeks he has lost 29 pounds! Talk about dedication. He still has 9 more pounds that he would like to loose in the next 2 weeks. YOU CANT DO IT BABE!!! He has found a new love for the gym and eating healthy. And, might I add, he looks SOOOO incredible!!! He has helped and encourage me with getting into shape and loosing some weight as well...I have lost 8 pounds! Whooo! And that's with having the "Swine Flu" for a month! Watching what you eat and your portion intake really has made the biggest difference. We also get our sugar fixes from the lovely Golden Spoon or Mesa Fro Yo! It's da best...

Update on our recent fun times and where we are currently residing coming soon...and yes, majority of the pictures I have are from my phone...I need to get a replacement digital camera ASAP (hint hint hun...!!!!)

.Calgary Canada!.

My parents report to the MTC December 28th, the day before my dad's 65th Birthday! The average low for January is 7 degree's and the high is 29 degree's. Yup...pretty sure we'll be going to visit them in July when the average high is 74! And we'll be visiting this place...

We couldn't be more excited for them!
Congrats Rachel on the guess!!!
