these pictures aren't the greatest....i'll be the first to admit. but this chili is sooo tastey!
What You'll Need:
1 Green Bell Pepper-chopped
2 Cloves Garlic-chopped
1/2pd Ground Turkey
2Tbs Tomato Paste
1Tbs Olive Oil
2tsp Chili Powder
2-15 ounce Can Diced Tomatoes
2-15 ounce Kidney Beans-rinsed
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
Heat oil in a large saucepan, add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until tender 4-6min.
Add turkey and cook 3-5min.
Stir in tomato paste, cumin and chili powder. Cook for 1min.
Add tomatoes, beans, 1/2 cup water, 1 1/4tsp salt and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 12-15min
Top with cilantro, sour cream and avocado....
if you like your chili a little more on the spicy side, don't be nervous to add more chili powder or anything else to kick it up a notch ;) and i have found with the recipe...you don't really need to measure. just add to taste and liking.
